Terms of Service / 利用規約

1. Scope of Service / サービス内容

We offer the following services:

当社は以下のサービスを提供します：

• Private concierge services / プライベートコンシェルジュ
• Overseas expansion and consulting / 海外進出・コンサルティング
• Event planning and execution / イベント企画・運営
• Tutor matching (academic, arts, languages) / 家庭教師のマッチング（学業・芸術・語学）

2. User Responsibilities / 利用者の責任

Users must:

利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします：

• Provide accurate information / 正確な情報を提供する
• Use services lawfully and respectfully / 法令を守り、誠実に利用する
• Refrain from unauthorized use or reselling / 無断利用や転売を行わないこと

3. Booking & Cancellation / 予約とキャンセル

• Bookings are confirmed in writing (email or form).
• ご予約は書面またはメールで確定します。
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur full charges.
• 開始24時間前以降のキャンセルは原則全額請求対象です。

4. Payment Terms / 支払い条件

• Full payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• 原則として前払いとなります。
• Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayNow, credit card.
• 支払い方法：銀行振込、PayNow、クレジットカード

Late payments may incur fees.

支払い遅延には追加手数料が発生する場合があります。

5. Limitation of Liability / 免責事項

We are not liable for:

当社は以下について責任を負いません：

• Third-party services or errors / 外部業者のミスや不履行
• Delays caused by force majeure / 天災等による遅延・中止
• Indirect or consequential damages / 間接的・派生的損害

6. Intellectual Property / 知的財産

All content, materials, and branding belong to Nexus Infinity Pte. Ltd.

当社の資料・ロゴ・コンテンツ等は、当社に帰属します。無断使用を禁じます。

7. Governing Law / 準拠法と裁判管轄

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

本規約はシンガポール共和国の法令に準拠します。

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

紛争はシンガポールの裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
